The Gyrl Wonder Marketing & Brand Partnerships team is seeking a superstar intern for summer 2023 who will help the team bring partnership concepts to life. The Brand Partnerships Sales intern will work closely with the team supporting the execution of several projects while ideating on marketing concepts for the Gyrl Wonder brand. In addition to the work, we expect that our intern will learn about the fundamentals of Brand Partnerships, and the management of campaigns, all while enjoying a fun, collaborative work experience!
Responsibilities of the Brand Partnerships Fellow include:
Participate in creative brainstorm meetings with the leadership team to understand brand partnerships and the management of sold through concepts from ideation to flight to campaign wrap
Work in tandem with Marketing & Brand Partnerships coordinator to pitch, ideate on, and execute sold through campaigns with partners
Help coordinator with assembling and organizing of campaign assets, contracts, and resources for seamless campaign execution
Assist in the project management of specific campaigns ensuring all parties are well versed and kept abreast of flight, deliverables and deadlines
Assist in the creation of campaign recaps highlighting campaign results and sharing with stakeholders
Provide day-to-day support with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Travel to on-site events and programming (GWLA & Gyrl, Get Hired Conference) supporting the management of sold through partnership concepts (the set-up and execution of events)
Success in this role is measured by your ability to pay attention to detail, clearly communicate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
College student - Junior or Senior majoring in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Business (not mandatory)
Excellent verbal, written communication and organization skills
Must be able to work well under pressure and ability meet deadlines
A strong work ethic with ability to work independently and with a team
Passionate about marketing, creating, events and Gyrl Power, IRL
